Application
The cold shrink EASY TECH single core straight JOINT family is designed for the connection of cables with nominal voltage 36 kV (Um), with a copper wire screen or extruded conductive screen, upon version.
With regards to the mechanical conductor connector, jointing of cables with different conductor sizes or conductor materials becomes fast and easy. The connection of the conductor is provided by a GPH® mechanical multi-section contact included in the kit providing the capability to cover 35mm² to 630 mm² with range depending on the kit.
The junction is compatible with Copper Wire or Copper Tape type screens with a short-circuit level of 5.1kA 1s.
